Senior Manager - Transformation Services, Wealth & Asset Management

Date: Oct 13, 2021

Location: Watford, United Kingdom

Company: KPMG UK

The Team

In the UK, the Asset Management industry is growing strongly and is facing high levels of change. The professional services market is sizeable and will continue to grow, and the Asset Management and Private Equity practice is a successful and growing segment of FS and a Global Strategic Priority for the firm. Following approval from the Global Board for investment in the AM and PE sectors to grow substantially over the next 3-4 years, there are plans to grow the UK AM business to over £300m. Consulting is the highest growth capability in Asset Management and Private Equity with plans to grow the AM Consulting business to £40m over the next 3 years. In order to sustain success and support the growth ambition, investment in the Wealth and Asset Management Consulting team is required. By investing in new and existing talent, we will be better placed to go to market and identify and land opportunities to achieve this growth, gain market share and contribute higher revenues to the UK firm.
Business-wide transformation, specifically operations and technology driven change is a key growth area for KPMG. The Asset Management industry is a technology laggard and our clients will need to transform their businesses and operating models to remain relevant as the industry faces increasing levels of disruption, which creates opportunities for KPMG.

We are keen to recruit talented people who have the energy and drive to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment and who have a passion for delivering excellent service and building strong relationships.

The team works in an agile and flexible manner, with plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and gain new knowledge. We are keen to support and develop our people to enable them to be the best they can be.

We believe we are market leaders in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and want to encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and cultures.
