Recruitment Operations ServiceNow Lead

You will be working with our People Operations Teams alongside other KBS teams to provide HR Administrative support for the ServiceNow HRSD application;

Day to day responsibilities include:
• Support the day to day delivery of Interview Arranging, Contract Generation and Onboarding services using the ServiceNow HRSD solution and associated integrations;
• Manage and assign users to HR roles, groups and skills in ServiceNow. Managing requests via Appian (aligning with GDPR controls);
• Create and edit HR profiles and generate for multiple users through custom criteria;
• View, create, and edit HR cases, access and create HR tasks inside an HR case,
• View, access and develop HR Dashboards & Reports in collaboration with People Analytics and Systems (PAS)
• Design, develop, implement, and test solutions for ServiceNow HRSD application
• Review and manage Change Control requests in parallel with the PAS team and the existing Change Management Process
• Collaborate and communicate with ServiceNow IT Teams and other Support Groups to resolve system issues – Tier 1 and above
• Document, Maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the operation of the ServiceNow HRSD application
• Work closely with business users to fully understand user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements

Experience, QualificThe successful candidate is likely to have/be able to demonstrate:
• Experience of administering the ServiceNow toolset
• Experience in support of ServiceNow ITSM toolset
• Experience in HR Systems and Processes
• Have an ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels;
• High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly pressurised client centric environment;
• Hold excellent analytical and reporting skills;
• Experienced gained from working within project teams - acting as a SME
• Possess excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to influence and confidently negotiate at all levels;
• Have strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills;
• Ability to prioritise workloads under a high pressure, autonomous environment
• Have an excellent level of IT office proficiency, including office packages, Success Factors and ServiceNow;
