JOB DESCRIPTION:

At KPMG, our values define who we are and the way we do business. As a leading professional services firm, we know that our strength and capability come from our people – their different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds. From our inclusive leadership strategy to our diversity and inclusion targets – we’re making bold changes to who we are and what we do. Be part of it.

The MI Centre of Excellence (CoE)

In October 2016, KPMG launched a transformed Management Information (MI) platform.
This Internal MI platform is used by partners, BOLs, business finance, people leaders, and selected others to monitor our business performance and make better informed decisions.

The first set of user groups now have access to intuitive, dynamic reports based on approved data – available through web browsers on all KPMG managed devices.
With reports tailored to specific roles, and a variety of different types of analysis, the MI tool has opened up the data held in SAP, Retain and Kenexa, and will play an increasingly important role in the management of our firm in the future.

To keep the MI tool up to date, and to manage its development roadmap, we are recruiting several people to form an MI CoE. This CoE will manage the MI platform as it transitions out of the Transformation Programme and into Business as Usual.

The CoE will comprise a team with skills in Business Analysis, Report Development, Data Modelling, Testing and information governance.

The CoE will be integral in making sure the MI platform continues to deliver the insights required to make effective business decisions to the user groups it is deployed to. It will develop new features based on business demand, translate business needs into technical requirements, keep the dashboards updated, collect feedback from users, and monitor uptake. It will also provide guidance and support to the network of MI super users and Champions based within the business.
