Role description

Supporting the Senior Managers, you will support the annual planning and review of the LEDP curriculum, helping to ensure it is fit for purpose, current, and delivers impact. Inputting into the annual Learning Needs Analysis process and developing new career pathways, you will collaborate with teams across the board to promote offerings, gathering Voice of Customer feedback to improve programme quality. Building strong relationships with the Design and Enablement teams will be key. You’ll assist with vendor management, support learning events and provide commercial insight on curriculum

 Support the annual planning and review of curriculum.
 Understand full offering of curriculum and work with Design and Enablement on annual refresh and retirement approach, making sure curriculum is current and relevant.
 Act as an SME, ‘Subject Matter Expert’, and work closely with Learning Business Partners and Talent CoE stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of relevant and integrated grade relevant/talent curriculum.
 Input expertise into the annual LNA to ensure all ‘Voice of the Customer’, across all Capabilities and ECD is captured and reflected in year-on-year changes and bring external best practice into the design.
 Responsible for the review of existing student induction programmes and other events over the course of the year to ensure there is compatibility across all capabilities and programmes – i.e. vacation induction, pre-joining events, Audit summer school design, etc.
 Work closely with Design and Enablement to ensure the induction provides the necessary ‘wow factor’ for new students and employees joining the firm.
 Work with Design and Enablement to ensure branding and marketing of the offerings is clear, and that all logistics and faculty are planned for.
 Support Learning Operations in setting up learning events to include logistics such as issuing
invitations and personal coordination of internal facilitators and senior delegates.
 Support Learning Operations with off-site events, as needed, and in the scheduling of participants.
 Coordinate the nomination process for courses, where it pertains to senior leaders.
 Draft communications for courses and events for circulation to the Capability; working closely with Learning Operations to fulfil requirements.
 Contribute to the management and monitoring of the budget as it pertains to the curriculum and programmes.
 Support the continuous improvement of data analytics and data management.
 Data collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate e.g. course attendance, post course evaluation. Work closely with Learning Operations to escalate service requirements and feedback to KLS
• Support the Senior Manager for LEDP with regards reviewing external vendor performance and relationships leading on quarterly reviews with vendors and identifying and feeding in areas for improvements. Support RFP processes by working closely with Strategy & Management team.
• Manage the administration of Coupa as it pertains to your programmes/suppliers
 Own and independently drive specific projects, working only with guidance in complex situations with multiple stakeholders and a need to co-ordinate content from different sources/business areas. Keep all relevant stakeholders up to date on all aspects of the projects managed.
 Facilitation will be part of the role and a balance will be found between keeping skills fresh and relevant within the job role.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Several years’ experience in a similar role, either within Professional Services or a large, matrix- structured international firm.
• Experience and passion in talent development and learning, with a firm grasp of human resources.
• Relevant experience in leadership development design, vendor management, assessment tools and learning models and constructs.
• Deep understanding of different learning styles, modes of delivery and competency frameworks, potential tools
• A strong relationship builder with a proven ability to influence, consult and advise at an appropriate level.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics and insights
• Able to work independently with strong experience and skills in project/programme management.
• A great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organisation.
• An expert at building networks and connections, on both regional and global levels.
