Job Description
The DMS analyst will work with the Applications Operations Service Lead to support the management of the 3rd line support for the following technology areas:

- Prosperoware
- iManage
- Milan

The candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative within KPMG’s procedures and guidelines whilst being capable of working under pressure to provide a quality service to the firm.

The successful candidate will need to maintain contacts around the firm at all levels and also maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers and vendors.

The role will require an excellent understanding of the supported technologies with a keen desire to further that knowledge and the processes surrounding them.

Strong people skills are essential, with proven experience of working with external parties.

The DMS Analyst is part of a team accountable for ensuring the service provided is in line with business expectations and delivers sustainable performance and availability.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Support of client applications including FileSite, EMM (Email Management) and Offsite.
- Support of the DMS infrastructure, including Worksite Servers, Worksite Cluster, IDOL, WCS (Worksite Communication Server).
- Monitoring of workspace provisioning between SAP and Milan Provisioning
- Monitoring of the Milan refiler service.
- Monitoring and Supporting the AD user and group synchronisation process for Worksite
- Monitoring of servers and services with adequate alerting in place (SCOM).
- Monitoring of the Incident/Problem management (ServiceNow);
- Report on monthly DMS usage stats.
- Business continuity test support.
- Capacity monitoring in terms adequate disk IO, free space
- Escalation of issues to IT Service Manager on a daily basis.
- Provide backup to other team members when required during holidays and sickness.
- Attend team meetings when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

- The ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management and up to senior management level.
- Minimum – ‘A' Level/ONC/BTEC level education with a solid all round knowledge of IT and its use within a business environment
- Will have worked within a Customer Services and 3rd party supplier relationship management environment
- Someone who enjoys helping people with strong problem solving skills. Resilient, confident and tenacious.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Prepared to work extended hours and travel to other sites/regions on a regular basis.
