Our people are at the heart of our continued success. Being part of KPMG is being part of a community of talented and innovative people, working together to have a positive, lasting impact on clients. No one type of person succeeds at KPMG; a diverse business requires diverse personalities, characters and perspectives. Whoever you are, there is a place for you here.

About the programme

Our Undergraduate Programmes are designed to let you find out more about KPMG and the different types of work we do. If you take part, you'll discover what it's like to be part of a professional team and be able to explore the different areas of the business too.

But what really stands out is the skills you'll gain and the experiences you'll enjoy. They'll stay with you for a lifetime. So, as well as kick starting your career, you'll get to take part in some great community activities and you'll get opportunity to socialise too.

A career in Tax involves working closely with a range of clients, developing a deep understanding of their commercial issues and helping them to find approaches that could make a difference to their bottom line. As you’ll potentially be tackling challenges that are at the heart of client organisations, it’s your opportunity to develop commercial insight and valuable technical skills, all the while gaining a head start on your peers.

What are we looking for you to show us?

During the recruitment process, you will need to demonstrate KPMG's Global Behavioural Capabilities, which will give us confidence you’ll be successful in the firm. Throughout the programme, you'll also have the opportunity to meet a broad range of KPMG professionals and gain first-hand experience of how we work with our clients to understand and respond to their business needs. This includes:

- office assignments

- client assignments

- partner work shadowing to gain some experience of activities at this level

- skills sessions

- taking part in a community challenge day (CSR)

What do we look for?

Within our recruitment process, we look for more than just your academic results. This wider perspective helps us ensure that we are giving you the best opportunity to demonstrate your potential.
