Job DescriptionObjective

Support the Pensions & Investment team across the UK with: 1. Build suite of standard answers and templates to support new business proposals 2. Maintain the suite of standard answers and improve on them following feedback/,market updates. 3. Support, consultants on preparing standard answers on major bids, 4 Build a support network amongst Pensions Support staff to facilitate support on non major bids. 5 Support the business with Pre Qualification Questionnaire’s with key buyers from Third Party Evaluators and Professional Trustee firms.

Key Responsibilities

1 & 2. Build and maintain standard answer information on database with regular updates. Will need to build up networks with:
HR/KBS
Pensions, Investment, Admin and DC, Insurance and Covenant teams.
Periodic updates to maintain standard answers in pristine condition.
3. Bid management.
Lead the coordination of the response.
Set up meetings with bid team plus time for pitch preparation.
Create project plan with actions and deadlines.
Source answers to routine questions.
Liaise with Create team to produce art worked document.
For RFP’s submitted by Portal, be the portal owner for KPMG.
Arrange for senior peer review and senior attendance at pitch preparation.
4. Build a support network amongst Support staff to facilitate bid support on non–major bids.
Build a network across the offices with a Pensions and Investments team
Ensure support network can cover key disciplines for the pensions business, which are
Investment (including FM monitoring),
Actuarial (including bundled DB),
DC
Insurance
Corporate Consulting
5. Support and maintain PQQ’s with Key buyers at Third Party Evaluators and Professional Trustee firms and also help coordination of key messages from our Pensions business.

Skills required

High level Pensions and Investment technical knowledge.
High standard of communication skills.
Experience of working to very tight deadlines.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Highly organised and works with a high degree of accuracy.
Bid writing and project management experience preferable.
Demonstrates flexibility and resilience.

Experience required

- Experience of a similar role preferable.

Qualifications

- Degree level education preferable.
Time commitment This role is a full time position working Monday to Friday. Working 7 hours per day from 9.00am – 5.00pm.
