KPMG OverviewKPMG is part of a global network of firms that offers Audit, Tax & Pensions, Consulting, Deal Advisory and Technology services. Through the talent of over 16,000 colleagues, we bring our creativity and insight to our clients’ most critical challenges.

With offices across the UK, we work with everyone from small start-ups and individuals to major multinationals, in virtually every industry imaginable. Our work is often complex, yet our vision is simple: to be the clear choice for our clients, for our people and for the communities we work in.

Job DescriptionWe believe that in today’s world, to solve complex business issues and to spark real change, you need to think and work differently. Traditional transformation approaches often don’t take you far enough, quickly enough. Rational, technical, ‘best practice’ solutions often take much longer to embed in an organisation than planned or expected. We believe that the key to unlock this problem is outcome-focussed collaboration.

U-Collaborate is where this happens day to day in KPMG. It is an innovative capability that combines problem-solving expertise and powerful subject matter insights with a bespoke collaboration environment designed to deliver profound results which drive real performance. U-Collaborate consultants deliver powerful experiences – often in the form of events – that are typically embedded at critical points within large complex change programmes. These experiences drive acceleration, genuine transformation breakthroughs and real ownership of solutions co-created by an aligned group of participants.
