It is an innovative capability that combines problem solving expertise and powerful SME insights with a bespoke collaboration environment designed to deliver profound results which drive real performance. Put simply, U-Collaborate delivers powerful experiences – often in the form of events – that are typically embedded at critical points within large complex change programmes. These events are designed to drive acceleration, genuine breakthroughs and real ownership of solutions as they are co-created by the group of participants.

The U-Collaborate approach can be used throughout the lifecycle of client relationship, sales and delivery lifecycle to enable KPMG to succeed in the marketplace.

Supporting all KPMG Services (Advisory, Tax and Audit), KPMG’s U-Collaborate team is an expert capability that designs and delivers world class client interactions through two key services:

Delivery of innovative, transformational, accelerated design events for 20 - 120 people (over 1 - 3 days) Creation, and leadership of, client based Collaboration Zones at the heart of clients’ key businesses and programmes

Purpose of the role:

- To sell, shape and deliver transformational, acceleration events (and other U-C related services) within KPMG’s most complex programmes for senior, C Suite clients in priority accounts

- To drive the development of new U-Collaborate services and deliver the associated go to market strategy

- To drive the reputation of U-Collaborate and associated services internally building strong sector/ service line relationships

- To act as a leading, trusted expert in U-Collaborate capabilities within the firm and by senior clients

- To drive the continuous improvement, differentiation and evolution of the U-Collaborate capability

- Lead transformational, high risk, high reward collaboration events and zones for senior clients, demonstrating world-class transformation and facilitation expertise

- Sell U-Collaborate services effectively to Exec/ Board level clients

- Develop and manage executive level client sponsor relationships throughout the sales/delivery lifecycle

- Internally, sell and promote the U-Collaborate offering in key accounts acting as a ‘collaboration partner’ to agreed areas of the business

- Lead the development of new U-Collaborate service offerings and the associated go to market strategies

- Work with KPMG senior stakeholders to embed U-Collaborate services within key KPMG service lines and

- Role model collaborative ways of working and develop the talent of the future in this space within the U-Collaborate team

Skills/ qualifications required:

- Experience leading, or being part of team, providing collaboration services to blue chip organisations

- A proven track record in leading transformational, high risk, high reward events for senior clients, demonstrating world-class transformation and facilitation expertise

- 10 – 15 years transformation-related consulting experience

- Proven ability to sell to, and work with, senior executives and build long lasting client relationships

- Deep knowledge of collaboration and innovation-related methodologies including design and systems thinking

- Ability to lead large teams and deliver high performance in extremely high pressure environments with significant ambiguity

- Strong commercial acumen

- Exceptional project management skills and proven ability to lead multiple strands of high profile, complex activity/ projects
