Employment Solutions operates as a national practice. As employment tax, reward and payroll specialists we work on a wide variety of clients including many household names.
We are currently looking for Employment Tax and Reward specialists to join us as Assistant Managers. The Employment focussed work is primarily project based covering areas such as employment tax governance, payroll effectiveness, National Minimum Wage and expenses and benefits compliance. The Reward team is looking for individuals who have a tax, legal or accounting background to come into the team and work primarily on the design, implementation and tax advisory aspects of incentive arrangements, with the opportunity to work across other work streams within the team. Previous experience of advising on the tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements is preferred but is not essential.

Qualifications and Experience
- The applicant will have a relevant professional qualification. e.g. ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified solicitor
- Project/financial management, including the ability to plan and monitor deliverables, budget and timescales
- Effective time management, able to act under own initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to lead and manage others and work across disciplines
- Ability to identify and manage areas of risk within clients' business and know when to refer upwards
- Strong communicator in a range of situations both written and oral
