Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to manage the delivery of all stages of systems training; particularly ERP solutions. The role will include making a contribution to business development and leading the delivery of client blended learning solutions from scoping through to implementation. .

The successful candidate will manage client engagements and asset builds for the creation and deployment of learning programmes. They will also lead a team / teams of Learning Designers, Content Developers, Programme Directors and SME’s for training delivery programmes, including facilitation.

Working alongside clients, the role will address all training aspects of systems based implementations (e.g. SAP and Oracle) and bespoke systems solutions by designing and delivering appropriate learning solutions throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Contributing to the strategic and tactical management of the KLA is also key to the role and will require working with the management team to build capability and capacity across the team in the UK and offshore where required.

For all the above, actively developing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders up to board level is key as is being seen as a subject matter specialist in learning and digital learning across a broad range of technology enabled change programmes.

Roles and Responsibilities


Contribute to KLA business development, including scoping solutions, opportunities and creating proposals, especially relating to ERP and systems learning
Manage KLA related opportunities through direct client discussions or through other KPMG channels, especially relating to ERP and systems programmes
Deliver high quality client project work for systems based learning engagements, working closely with colleagues from other services areas of Solutions, to manage a specialist workstream
Project manage all aspects of comprehensive learning solutions programme from change and training scoping through to implementation and evaluation
Key responsibilities will include development and ownership of Training Strategy, Course Curriculum, Training Needs Analysis, development of detailed Training Team plans, day to day management of all training team resources, Training Environment setup and maintenance, training material development and maintenance, all aspects of End User training delivery, production of project management reports and regular attendance / input to Project Team meetings
Provide specialist learning solutions advice through close collaboration with client leads and team members to successfully deliver large digital and blended learning programmes
Act as a subject matter expert in advising clients to maximise learning programme benefits while reducing risks
Required Skills



The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

Significant experience delivering both training and awareness programmes
Significant experience of technology-enabled change programmes particularly those relating to packaged implementations, ERP implementations and large custom build programmes
Delivery expertise and experience in digital transformation and change projects
Experience of managing and mentoring a team of Instructional Designers and Content Developers
Proficiency in business development activities including bid, proposal and contract / commercial creation
Ability to build and use internal networks and contacts to develop new opportunities
Proficiency to manage a team of KPMG professionals on asset builds and client engagements
Credibility in building new stakeholder relationships as well as be able to demonstrate ability to influence senior stakeholders to make business decisions
Experience of working and managing learning programmes in mixed teams of clients, consultants (onshore and offshore) and third parties
Experience of managing training programmes in multiple geographies and / or multiple system solutions simultaneously
Experience in managing competing agendas / priorities and establish achievable programmes / projects
This role also requires the following digital competencies:

Experience of managing client ERP / systems digital learning programme implementations (eLearning, blended learning all aspects of digital change and training strategy)
Experience of undertaking assessment of digital learning solution options (scoping, feasibility, design, services costing, deliverables, completion criteria, etc.)
Experience of In-Application support software definition and implementation as part of systems implementations to provide point of us learning.
Experience of advising organisations on latest innovations, digital offerings and technologies in learning ·
Experience of implementing learning technologies (within complex organisations)
A good knowledge of eLearning authoring tools
IITIL certification or familiarity with the ITIL framework and service library Qualifications including CIPD, MBA and Prince2
