Role Purpose

As a Senior Manager within the UK Firm, you will be responsible for the delivery of the strategic direction of the UK firms Platforms from a technology perspective as well as ensuring the successful delivery of the BAU programme of application enhancements which will be driven by UK business requirements.

The Primary focus of the role will be to support key supply chain and operational platforms that will help support the wider firm and KBS strategy. The successful candidate will have full accountability of defining the required technical strategy and roadmaps for these platforms and ensuring that there is full alignment the business process model

Role Responsibilities

• Define the required technology strategy and roadmaps of key operational platforms, they support key business initiatives across the firms supply chain and employee experience
• Work closely with the firm’s technology organisation to ensure close alignment on technology strategies and standards
• Management of the pipeline of Service Requests for configuration, enhancement or development requests within the platform, working with the support / development teams involved and communicating directly with the requestors of the change.
• To work with Supplier managers, where needed, to engage third parties in the ongoing support model or project deployments as appropriate, ensuring the support model for our customers is not impacted.
• Form and lead focus and stakeholder groups across the platform to ensure close working relationships across the business.
• The creation and the maintenance of the key platform support models for operational services and processes
• Ownership and management of the ServiceNow product lifecycle and roadmap, including next product release and alignment to other KPMG software versions.
• Work closely with the Project and Delivery team to ensure any updates, business requirements to the platform align to the ongoing support and architecture.
• Management Reporting
• Leading strategic meetings with ServiceNow and ITS Technical Architect Team to ensure the alignment of roadmaps.
• Management of the pipeline of Service Requests for configuration, enhancement or development requests within the platform, working with the support / development teams involved and communicating directly with the requestors of the change.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
• You must have demonstratable experience across the following IT platforms (ServiceNow, Finance Platforms, Coupa, Facilities)
• Ability to present on specific subjects to a large group of people (both internal and clients/ potential clients).
• A good understanding of technology platforms supporting the industry
• Ability to work positively with the full range of individuals and groups involved in the usage of the key platforms.
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills and experience at all levels.
• Provides an Outside-In, Customer-Driven, Design Thinking Perspective.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of the various ITS teams.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Being able to understand the wider objectives and Strategy of the Technology org
