Role Description:
We have a market leading solution on systems transformations programmes Powered Enterprise. Integrated in this is “Powered Change and Deployment” – our approach to delivering success business change, adoption and business outcomes. This sits within our People Led Organisation Transformation capability.
We are seeking talented Senior Managers with experience in people led Organisation Transformation to specifically enable clients to drive busines change, successful adoption and business outcomes in technology enabled transformation programmes. Expertise in driving change management, communications, organisation design, training, adoption, business readiness and deployment will be critical.
This role will be critical to design, deliver and successfully deploy complex technology enabled change programmes across a range of ERP’s such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Coupa etc and diverse client bases that operate globally, across multiple functions and sectors. We are looking for a leader and influencer in this space who can help grow the technology enabled change practice at KPMG.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Work closely with FTSE 100 clients primarily across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, Media, and Energy
• Lead complex projects and transformation workstreams with a team of consultants, to drive business change and systems adoption, integrating across large program teams and providing leadership on the people side of the solution/ implementation.

• Build and shape relationships with clients on a daily basis
• Support in generating new client opportunities by leveraging your technology enabled change expertise and network
• Take a lead role in developing our “Powered Change and Deployment” proposition and assets
• Take a lead in knowledge sharing and developing “Powered Change and Deployment” skills internally across our team
• Be a career coach for up to 4 consultants helping them to develop and progress their careers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will have proven experience in helping clients to shape and deliver their technology enabled transformation programmes solutions including a range of:
• Change Strategy & plan
• Stakeholder Management – strategic assessments, intervention planning
• Leadership Alignment – with experience of aligning business and technology leaders
• Case for Change
• Change Impact Assessments
• Delivering change – through engaging adoption campaigns, communications, change networks
• Systems training – including strategy, training needs analysis, knowledge and experience of classroom, virtual, digital, and in application learning tools/solutions to support adoption
• Business Readiness Assessments
• Deployment Planning – including sequencing, local team preparation, impact assessments, localisation, and cut-over planning/ roll-out
• Organisation realignment/design – alignment of organisation roles to system roles
• Measuring change and adoption
• Knowledge and experience in wider People Consulting capabilities and programmes where these can be applied – such as broader target operating model change programmes including, organisation design and behavioural change, as well as key human capital systems, and an understanding of workforce transformation tools available in the market.
• Have ‘core consulting’ experience in developing proposals, managing teams and project risks, influencing upwards both internally and externally, and leading through complexity and ambiguity.
