The role

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager that can deliver real impact within learning for our clients. We require ambitious people who can deliver excellent learning solutions, build rapport and understand our client’s needs and contribute to the developing our learning offerings.

Your Responsibilities

Learning transformation and managed services

High level delivery of learning across digital, classroom, eLearning, coaching and wider blended learning and engagement solutions

Leadership Development and use of a range of assessment tools

Structure and manage projects and programmes to meet and exceed client expectations;

Implement project management practices

Execute project management across the full lifecycle of programmes

Manage project delivery, budget, profitability and scope

Recognise and manage risks and issues

Represent your teams, workstreams and projects in relevant steering committees

Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions.

Contribute to the development of a culture service, engagement offering and people strategies

Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement

Board-level Learning, Development, and team effectiveness

Organisation-wide assessment, learning and engagement

Learning innovation across digital, classroom, eLearning, coaching and wider blended learning and engagement solutions

Business Development

Grow KPMG’s learning and leadership market profile by developing a differentiated offering built on best practice

Utilise existing sales experience and network to generate profitable revenue by developing lasting relationships with clients, through business development and account management

Contribute towards business development and client pursuit efforts by preparing proposals and delivering winning proposals and presentations to clients

Industry sector and client account development – ability to identify and build new opportunities and client relationships within industry sector or particular account

To qualify for the role you must have

Experienced management consultant / HR professional with relevant experience advising clients on learning and leadership development on a range of large scale transformation programmes and business change projects

Proven track record of delivering Learning and Leadership Development projects

A proven track record of shaping and running complex, high profile, profitable engagements which create value for clients in the areas outlined above

Demonstrated track record of building client relationships

A proven track record of proactively managing client stakeholders, including providing constructive feedback, influencing decisions, providing robust advice, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to C suite-1 level

Ideally, you’ll also have

A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical e.g. CIPD, Occupational Psychology and certifications in psychometrics.

Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisations
