The Role

In each of our key strategic growth areas, we have a range of “formal alliances” and “preferred subcontractor” relationships. This role is to join our UK Healthcare practice as a Senior Manager focused on the management of these relationships as part of the HHS Sales and marketing team. The individual will report to the HHS Sales director and will be our UK day-to-day lead for management of sub-contractors, partners and alliances, provide support to long term market development and contributing to Sunrise revenue growth. This will involve working with our health and care clients, partners and KPMG Partners and teams both in the UK and internationally.
• Proactively build and manage our alliances and supply chain relationships aligned to our growth priorities
• Manage the formalities and administration of these relationships.
• Use alliance and subcontractor relationships to drive revenue growth. This could be supported through shared pipelines, shared market intelligence and co-development of propositions together
• Upholding KPMG’s values of diversity and inclusion and acting with integrity
• Building and managing multiple client, alliance and partner relationships
• Contributing to practice management, e.g. knowledge sharing, training, proposition development

The Person

We expect that you will have
Experience of :
• Managing Alliance/Partner relationships
• Developing sales and marketing propositions
• Working across business functions in healthcare
• Working within healthcare and the NHS with proven relationships within the UK Health system ecosystem.
Proven track record of
• Working with a diverse range of external organisations
• Managing key stakeholder relationships and partnering with external organisations to drive marketing and sales activity
• Leveraging and working with senior leadership and teams from existing capabilities to develop relationships and alliances in areas of key strategic importance.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple competing priorities
• Horizon scanning and deep understanding of emerging opportunities and threats to shape and build an ecosystem to provide a competitive advantage
Knowledge and understanding of:
• Healthcare consultancy market opportunities in the UK
• Knowledge and understanding of NHS policy, structures (regulation, commissioning and providers), standards and day to day operations
• UK Health Consulting market.
