Job DescriptionRole & Responsibilities


The Insight Lead is responsible for the delivery of customer experience measurement programmes to a wide range of blue chip clients.

You will head up a team of insight and customer experience professionals in delivering insight lead, customer centric transformation programmes to a wide range of clients.

Specifically, areas of responsibility include:

Delivery and insight generation

-

Lead a team of insight professionals to deliver high quality CX insight, including commercially highly relevant recommendations

-

Mentor and develop your team to deliver world class outputs

-

Be an engaging presenter, capable of managing clients at senior level

Client relationship / account growth

-

Develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships to ensure continued success on often long standing programmes (2+ years)

-

Run and develop emerging and established accounts, building senior client relationships and driving deeper integration with our clients’ businesses

-

Work with senior account leads on larger accounts as appropriate.



Commerciality

-

Identify process efficiencies and proactively seek improvements both on your own accounts and the wider client services team

-

Manage project financials, including hrs budgets and total profitability on smaller accounts.

-

Identify opportunities to increase the value we bring to our clients

Sales, Proposals & Pitches

-

Lead the insight elements of all proposals on your client accounts

-

Support the CX Solutions team through proposal support on larger opportunities

-

Independently lead smaller opportunities as appropriate



Team development

-

Pro-actively support the senior client servicing management team in developing organisational capabilities

-

Drive success in area of expertise beyond client work, become an expert in a subject matter of your choice (in line with business strategy)

Drive innovation both on your own and in the wider department



The Person


Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

-

Relevant degree

-

Quantitative insight knowledge

-

Ability to triangulate complex data sets and derive clear insights

-

For this particular role: experience of working in technology sector, consumer electronics, computers etx

Desirable:

-

Experience of working with non survey data sources, e.g. Adobe, Social, CRM

-

Applied knowledge of text analysis



Knowledge/experience:

Experience of working in a fast paced agency environment

Line management experience

-

Able to demonstrate a solutions focused approach to your work

Some experience working in Customer experience measurement desired but not essential

Experience of managing senior clients
