Job DescriptionTo support the UK Head of Infrastructure, Building and Construction (IBC) and UK Head of Transport in their achievement of the annual sales target for the sector by ensuring we are driving the most out of our accounts, are responding to market issues and changes, are maximising our share of voice and that our people are informed and aware of the sector context.

Specifically

- Support the Sector Heads to achieve successful delivery of the sector sales process
- Work closely with the Sector Heads to deliver the account planning process in the sector, produce accurate quarterly sector revenue reports and monitor performance against account and sector budget.
- Work closely with the client account teams to improve the integrity of data within the pipeline.
- Leadership and co-ordination of the production of all the materials designed to support colleagues in the sector including newsletters, the portal and credentials.
- Support the Sector Heads to drive a rolling programme of events and initiatives to build KPMG’s external brand in the sector
- Awareness of market and client issues a and take advantage of these to maximise growth
- Support the sector communities in the delivery of the sector revenue target and in delivering excellent customer service
- Acting as the central point of contact for insights and expertise for sector clients, trade organisations and internal colleagues.
- Be an active member of the wider Sector Exec community in order to leverage knowledge, content and best practice from other sectors and with the aim of raising the overall quality of service delivered from the Sector Execs

Skills, competencies and experience required

- Be a self-starter and a good proactive thinker, prepared to challenge the status quo
- Develop a level of expertise in the key issues of the transport and IBC sectors
- Develop a deep understanding of the overall ambition and strategy for the sector and the Firms market penetration
- Keen to develop understanding of services, and relevant content across the firm, in order to create a fully multidisciplinary approach
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with the wider team include colleagues at senior levels as well as key external clients
- Be a strong communicator, engaging and concise
- Have good organisation skills with a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be adaptable to a changing environment
