Job DescriptionThe Sales Enablement team operate as a centre of excellence for all elements of our sales processes providing governance, process design and implementation which supports business activities to underpin the National Markets (NM) Sales organisation and thereby supporting the strategic goals and ambitions of the business.

Role Summary

The purpose of the Sales Enablement Executive role is to provide operational sales support to the NM sales teams to achieve the firm’s growth objectives. The Sales Enablement Executive is responsible to provide a myriad of consistent services alongside a limited number bespoke regional services. They also perform a role as key conduit between NM sales teams and other central groups to facilitate and ensure optimal delivery to our clients.
The role demands attention to detail and will have knowledge of, and will display adherence to, standard work practices and operating systems. Process adherence, accountability and delivery will require professional management and problem solving ability.

Key role responsibilities

Data/Pipeline

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP Sales Process and in particular the opportunity management system in SAP.
- Champion of the importance of accurate pipeline data for their segment/region and drive the data integrity
- Pipeline data ownership
- Promote/support/educate business (SAP & APP)
- Responsible for governance and oversight of data cleansing activity to deliver required KPIs.
- MI/Reporting:-
- Reviewing Pipeline reporting and verification with finance
- Conduit for report / dashboard amendments and requests
- Promotion and adherence to MarketEdge methodology

Process design, development and adherence

- Sales enablement process design, development and adoption
- Contribute to any relevant Budget Planning activity
- Adherence to process for NM Wins/Credentials for portal maintenance
- Lead/deliver on NM Sales initiatives, such as sales accelerators, when required
- Management and maintenance of Sales Lead processes and updates
- Support client voice activities through:-
- Process promotion
- Feedback “close the loop” activities

Managed Account programme

- Participate in and when required lead on account planning activity & driving accountability to produce account plan deliverables to defined timelines
- Promotion of Game Changer and updating of central portal
- When required support Account Execs on transformational accounts
- Contribute to and support with regional specific requirements for managed account programme
- Support and promote the Managed Account agenda, encouraging Sales Teams, CLP’s and CST’s to deliver against Account Plans.

Tools & technology

- Support and promote lead tracking technology and best practice across the firm
- Contribute to CRM development & design (through UAT and feedback sessions)
- Promote and support CRM adoption across Segment/Region
- Contribute when required to account alignment/segmentation
- Maintenance and updating of NM Sales Ops Portal and process documentation
- Support BDD’s/BDM’s with Artesian and other research tools

Collaboration & co-operation

- Collaboration & conduit with all central teams (i.e. Sales & Marketing Team)
- Change management/adoption of projects and initiatives in Sales Enablement
- Operating as a key conduit for regional/segment sales teams on all aspects of Sales initiatives and central services

Sales programmes & events hospitality

- Run and manage Sales Accelerator lead management processes in own region
- Set-up/deliver Building Better Conversations (BBC) events in own specific region
- Collaborate with Marketing and sales teams to take ownership of any sales leads and help to drive them through to conclusion and ROI
- Disseminated sales focussed literature and take responsibility ensuring sales leads are followed up within the BDM/CLP community.
- Act as marketing liaison point to build strong relationships

The Person Experience and skill profile

The post holder will required the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with specific importance of being able to operate in a mixed matrix structure and virtual team environment. Effective teamwork, time & task prioritisation are also essential.

The following technical skills are required for the role:

- Ability to understand KPMG business processes and structures
- Service-oriented approach
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent reasoning abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Fundamental data analysis skills
- Working knowledge of SAP & opportunity management
