Job Description
Role Summary

This is a demanding role to manage the coordination of the GCM team around a shared operating model in which reporting, and the transparency that good reporting can bring, is a major binding factor. The role demands excellent people skills as well the ability to innovate in technology and processes.
The role also involves running a technical reporting and solutions team. The team designs, develops and supports GCM business solutions for global account teams. The role of the team as a whole is to maximize value to the business and ensure that high quality metrics are available through the agreed technology platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing global tools in the following areas:

Off-shore R&S team
-The role requires technical IT understanding as well as deep insight into global and national data and business processes.
- Run weekly and monthly data processing, to create routine and ad hoc reports covering a number of aspects of the global account portfolio and to provide implementation roll-out, user training and SME support.
- Guide and direct the effective running of the team through the off-shore R&S Manager
- Define and monitor quality standard and service levels
- Ensure the team achieves high levels of utilization
- Act as a mentor to the team, maximize the personal development of the individuals in terms of the acquisition of business understanding as well as career development, and to
- Minimize staff turnover

Project Manage GLP Cockpit Project
-Project manage the GLP Cockpit project reporting into Head of GCM E&T and will also be an SME on overall deliverables to the GLPs and Global CSTs
- Planning and forecasting
- Manage RACI, RAID, Project Document, Governance Structure, and Communications
- Coordinate and communicate with the stakeholders on the project including GLPs, Sectors, Global Solutions team, Global Lighthouse team, Global ITS, and other GCM members

On shore R&S team
- Resource planning and workload
- Acquisition of appropriate business skills and professional understanding
- Performance management and personal development

Program direction and stakeholder focus
- Opportunity pipeline
- Global account planning and reporting
- Dashboard reporting for a wide range of financial and non-financial KPIs
- Revenue reporting for account teams and sectors
- Other areas as SME for the GCM team including, Reporting audit rotation, reporting the Clear Choice KPIs.
- The Program Lead has to maintain close working connections with the primary customers of the R&S team: Global account teams, Global Sectors, Global Functions, Member firms for account planning and pipeline and Regions
- Deliver a set of tools that is consistent and aligned to the wider GCM tools and methodologies, and which is fully supported by and aligned to Global ITS.

Skills, Qualification & Experience Required

The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience in service industry and consulting in a global set-up
- Previous experience in managing global programs and projects
- Strong technical skills in all of the following: global account planning, revenue reporting, design and prototyping, documentation, business requirements capture and development of specifications
- Experience of working in a commercial environment in all of the following areas: sales, business development and account management sector experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong performance and team management skills, who can coach and mentor larger teams
- Experience in managing offshore and onshore teams around the globe
- Strong knowledge and previous experience on business, analytics and process oriented projects
- People and Change experience and organizational engagement experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook, Word &, Excel and PowerPoint
