Job DescriptionPrimary Purpose and Goal:

The Program Coordinator will assist the First Party Cyber Insurance Program Manager and Director of Insurance by conducting key activities needed to assist in the implementation, management and maintenance of KPMG’s First Party Cyber Insurance Program across the KPMG Network of member firms

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Under the direction of the First Party Cyber Insurance Program Manager and Director of Insurance, the Program Coordinator will perform activities that include:

- Assisting KPMG International (“KPMGI”) stakeholders in the collection and maintenance of information needed to support the program from (i) KPMGI Information Protection resources, (ii) KPMG Member Firms, and (iii) External insurers and brokers as applicable
- Administrate and organize all aspects pertaining to the program including maintaining an electronic filing system, arranging meetings with KPMGI stakeholders and brokers / insurers as required, proof reading policy and other related documentation for accuracy and maintaining a database of required information
- Working directly with KPMG member firms and KPMGI stakeholders to coordinate the completion of insurance application forms and collection of information needed to support the development of local insurance policy wording
- Collecting information from participating member firms, or new firms joining the First Party Cyber Insurance Program including (i) Information pertaining to internal audits, (ii) technical information required by insurers relating to security controls or security breaches, and (iii) general administrative information required to issue polices and collect associated payments
- Assisting in the collection of information and development of content to make an annual written submission and presentation to brokers, insurers and reinsurers underwriting the program
- Assisting the Program Manager and Director of Insurance as needed with key program operational activities including maintaining a risk register, drafting key communications, maintaining working papers, and following up with stakeholders and assisting them with key actions as necessary
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of materials to be delivered to participating member firms as they on-board or renew their participation in program and transition to business as usual.

Reporting lines:

This role reports into the Director of Insurance.

Working Environment:

Location: London
Travel: 10%


- Previous experience in administering the implementation of Global Programs from inception to Business as Usual (BAU) steady state.
- Proven attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of regional issues and structures and ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams such as key risk, insurance, legal and data privacy teams.
- Business experience within a large global corporate environment.
- Knowledge of key principles surrounding the Insurance Industry and Information Protection (IT Security and Data Privacy) would be considered an advantage.
- Background working on large-scale international projects and the ability to coordinate multiple processes and activities at once.
- Good interpersonal skills and experience working with senior multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Hold a valid passport and able to travel periodically on business assignments

Education / Academics:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Whilst not essential, Bachelor’s degree or professional project management certification would be considered a plus.
