Job DescriptionRole Summary

The Assignee Care and People Experience (PX) Manager should support the Global Mobility Lead in developing, deploying and supporting a PX / Assignee Care strategy to transform the way our people engage with and experience mobility at KPMG. This will include a process to engage with our people during moments that matter (surveys and communications), and development of an approach to Expression of Interest (EOI), reintegration and post-assignment retention. This role will need to work closely with in-country teams to co-create and implement these approaches to ensure success. Role also provides training and support to in-country teams on mobility topics over the assignment lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

25% - Support Global Mobility Lead in developing and deploying a PX / Assignee Care strategy, including a process to engage with our people during the moments that matter
20% - Support Global Mobility Lead in developing and launching, in conjunction with in-country teams, a structured approach to expression of interest, reintegration and post-assignment retention
15% - Develop a consistent framework for Private Label SWAP programs and coordinate with functions who will administer their selection process
15% - Develop/administer country duty of care and policy/allowance admin
15% - Work closely with the Mobility Data & Analytics lead to determine the best way to capture, analyse and share talent data related to mobility (e.g. tracking career development & promotion of our assignees)
10% - Design and govern robust metrics/KPIs to measure the impact of the PX / Assignee Care Strategy

Key activities and deliverables

PX/Assignee Care Strategy development & deployment
- Develop and deploy a PX / Assignee Care strategy, including a process to engage with our people during the moments that matter
- Work closely with the Global Mobility Lead, in-country teams, the Global People Leadership Team and Heads of People from the large member firms, to communicate and gain endorsement on the PX/Assignee Care Strategy
- Engage member firms to explain and gain buy-in & acceptance of the interventions and delivery approach and roadmap
- As part of this strategy, develop a two-way engagement approach to understand how we can best engage and care for our assignees. This includes proactive messaging to candidates / assignees as well as appropriate feedback channels, focused on moments that matter
- Develop and monitor robust KPIs to measure the impact of the PX / Assignee Care Strategy

EOI, reintegration and post-assignment retention
- Develop and launch, in conjunction with in-country teams, a structured approach to expression of interest, reintegration and post-assignment retention
- Coordinate with BX leader and business on stakeholder consultation to understand current state and future opportunities( i.e. coordination / communication of employee interest to business)
- Prepare initial plan of approach and gain acceptance / buy-in from relevant stakeholders
- Ensure country teams are prepared for any required change and have the information / technology to support these changes

Private Label SWAP Program framework and process
- Develop a consistent framework for Private Label SWAP programs and coordinate with functions who will administer their selection process
- Undertake stakeholder consultation to understand current state and future opportunities
- Prepare initial plan of approach and gain acceptance / buy-in from relevant stakeholders
- Ensure functions are prepared for any required change and have the information / technology to support these changes

Data & Analytics
- Work closely with the Mobility Data & Analytics lead to determine the best way to capture, analyse and share talent data related to mobility
- Work with relevant mobility contacts to determine talent data required to determine ROI on mobility programs (e.g. promotion data)
- Work closely with Digital HR, Talent Development and Global Finance teams to understand availability of data, ensuring a consistent approach to collection, analysis and sharing of mobility / talent data
- Support collection and evaluation of individual assignee in-country benefits as needed

Compliance & Risk
- Adherence to KPMG risk management and policy requirements

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience and knowledge in the field of Global Mobility
- Experience of working in cross-border service delivery teams
- Ability to apply relevant technical knowledge (e.g. tax / legal / employment law) to business needs
- Understanding of global technology tools
- Strong influencing and facilitation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, HR/organisation psychology or a related field

Experience/Knowledge
-
Experience using relevant data & insight to develop approaches to support enhanced PX
- Experience working in a complex international or diverse cross-cultural environment ideally gained in a professional services firm
- Experience of transformational change within organisations or teams arising from the introduction of new technologies or processes, ideally with experience of managed collaboration to effect the transformation
- Comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution coupled with strong business acumen
- An ability to articulate clear, compelling ideas and to persuade others to take action; confident and effective interacting with senior business leaders
- Collaborative, with the ability to establish and build strong, professional relationships both internally and externally
- Strong client service orientation
- Willingness to travel internationally
