We are enabling the growth and profitability of our Capability groups by embedding new technology into our ways of working, automating the way we deliver to our clients and building a product business. As a firm delivering client outcomes is our primary objective so we are focusing on building scalable, robust, repeatable solutions, based around our core content and expertise.

The Digital Transformation programme is well underway with a number of established workstreams. Our programme of delivery is complex and encompasses internal automation, internal technology operating model through to property strategy and an innovation framework.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a key strategic programme for the UK Firm bringing PMO excellence.

The Role:

The Digital Transformation PMO will report into the PMO Lead to support delivery of programme and project control and support services, resourcing, stakeholder management, reporting, change management and RAID management.


- To assist the PMO lead in driving forward the Digital Transformation programme over the next 12 months
- To maintain and execute standard project management governance and reporting process (PMO Lead will assist)
- To minute the key programme meetings – detailing key actions and circulating to the relevant stakeholder groups
- To own the end to end process of data gathering from the key work stream leads on a weekly basis, which will feed into the overall programme update to the Programme Steering Committee
- To maintain the integrated Programme plan, tracking of milestones and ensuring any deviations are brought to Programme Lead’s attention
- To analyse and understand the workstream plans as part of the wider programme, highlighting risks and issues to the Programme Lead and suggesting different ways to represent information that will be extracted from the work stream plans and shared with the UK stakeholders
- To assist the Programme Lead with the change request process, to include changes to the work stream objectives and the wider programme requirements
- To work with the Programme Communications Lead to establish and maintain the Communications plan - including maintenance of the S&D Collaboration Zone, publication of newsletters and programme updates
- To own the management of the programme’s Sharepoint, to ensure users have the right level of access, documents filed correctly and updated appropriately
- To manage communications from the PMO mailbox including regular reporting cycle requests
- To arrange logistics and support preparation of agenda and materials for stakeholder meetings and workshops
- To drive resource management, including On/Off boarding of new programme team members, maintaining project org charts, distribution lists, resource trackers, contract renewals

Required skills and experience:

- Prior experience in a project support environment
- Experienced in applying appropriate and differing methodologies/techniques to aid projects and maximise delivery success
- Advanced MS Office skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.)
- Analytical, with excellent organisation and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Autonomous, pro-active and self-directed


- Flexible and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Open to learning new things
- Confident in building new relationships and dealing with senior individuals
- Strong team–player who is supportive of colleagues
