Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics - Product Manager / Product Owner / Senior Manager / Solution Lead

Job Description:
The Product Manager will help drive the success of Dynamics Powered Finance, supporting KCW and other member firms. This role will engage with the global governance processes and plan and develop our capability and business built upon the solution. They will oversee the maintenance and development of the solution, own the governance and country specific localisations.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in the global Powered Governance process and represent KCW as the key build partner
- Business Planning for the Dynamics Powered Finance solution including:
- Investment requests
- Support costs
- Revenue (from member firm support and funding)
- Linking business plan to technical roadmap (which the responsibility of the Solution Architect)
- Resource Planning
- Develop Product support team in Malta. This team will own the global support environments – the ‘Golden’ config environments for Powered.
- Support localisations required by member firms (only where there is a MSFT Localisation pack available).
- Resource Development - Training programme for our team and to support member firms (charged for)

Candidate Profile:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- Experienced Senior Manager who has been involved in Finance/ERP implementations for a number of years.
- May currently be a Senior Project Manager or a Product Owner position.
- Previous experience with building teams both on and offshore would be advantageous
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across both business and technical teams.
