The team draw upon the knowledge of a wide range of in-house experts, as well as collaborate globally with other People Consulting teams, to enable organisational transformation. The Role

• We are seeking talented individuals with experience in HR Transformation to join our People Consulting Corporates team and supporting our Corporate Services transformation connected business through HR transformation expertise, identifying opportunities and delivering HR engagements.
• You will join an established and highly successful HR Transformation practice, with the opportunity to leverage our leading practice methodologies and continue our growth.
• You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.
• Shape client programmes of work, to drive HR functions of the future through process, operating model or technology change
• Manage projects, or workstreams within in a larger programme, comprising of roughly 4 consultants
• Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
• Leverage your HR Transformation expertise and network to generate new client opportunities
• Contribute to the development of our HR Transformation propositions and assets
• Take a lead in knowledge sharing and developing HR Transformation skills within our team
• Be a career coach for up to 4 consultants, helping them to develop and progress their careers

The Person
• Proven consulting experience and a proven ability to build strong, trusted client relationships.
• Specific knowledge, skills and experience working with the enablers to HR transformation – covering areas such as: HR strategy, HR Technology, HR processes and controls, target operating model design, service delivery, cultural change, communications and engagement strategies, leadership development.
• Understanding of the strategic challenges and opportunities facing HR leaders – such as technology innovation, diversity and inclusion, culture, workforce shaping, workforce experience, workforce insights.
• Experience managing and delivering HR transformation activities – e.g. service delivery model design including design and implementation of roles, responsibilities, span of control within HR, HR process efficiency assessment and interventions, governance structures, and HRBP/HRSS/ COE strategy, development and set up.
• Ability to build the business case to demonstrate a value proposition for senior management to decide to move forward projects (e.g. influence key buyers, such as CHROs).
• Understanding of key technology (ideally ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle and / or SuccessFactors) and a point of view on how HR tech drives HR Service Delivery.
• Ability to leverage deep functional knowledge and experience to develop solutions to the client with short turnaround times.
• Experience as a HR Practitioner would be desirable but not essential.
