We are looking for GBS practitioners to join us and help grow our GBS advisory practice in the UK.
Your key responsibilities
• Active involvement in GBS/SSC advisory projects (SSC migration and setup, Robotic Process Automation, feasibility study, process assessment, Operational excellence etc.) preferably with a practical approach as learnt during working in the business
• Understand, review, evaluate and design clients’ current set up, future needs and ability to transform client operating models.
• Support the execution of KPMG`s global methodologies by interpreting and implementing them in the context of engagements
• Support engagement leaders in identifying and managing risks, engagement assurance and commercial risk management and ensuring the Firm's frameworks are implemented appropriately and effectively
• Contributing in processes and initiatives to develop new offerings, tools and assets to help the practice scale and grow
• Lead colleagues, delegate tasks and responsibilities, support colleagues with the highest quality of work and proactive attitude

• Experience with or at GBS or Shared Services Centres or Business Process Outsourcers
• Deep domain expertise in relevant business processes within an GBS/SSC (Finance / Human Resources Services / Procurement / Customer Service and IT/Data & Analytics)
• Clear understanding and experience in application of the GBS/SSC operating models, Service Delivery Models, Global Process Ownership
• Hands on knowledge of project management methodologies and preferably certified project / program management or strong experience in leading large projects and/or process migrations and transitions
• Experience of deploying problem solving frameworks and improving processes, applied knowledge of lean/six sigma methodologies
• Experience in process mining, automation & leading process applications of advantage
• Advanced usage of MS Office and MS Project and experience in working with ERP systems
• Knowledge of the Shared Services sector with network in this field

Ideally, you’ll also have
• Professional qualification in one of the functional areas – Finance (CIMA/ACA or equivalent), HR/Procurement – (MBA)
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Consulting experience or Programme Management experience in GBS set ups
