The Role
• Project planning, reporting, estimation and resourcing
• Collect, organise, and synthesise industry analysis and intelligence to enable data-driven decisions
• Support and lead strategic business development initiatives
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, peers, and stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture and frame business challenges
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders
• Build commercial models to evaluate the value of market opportunities
• Effectively lead multiple product analysis workstreams and/or projects when necessary
• Champion Agile practices, lead sprint ceremonies and empower your project teams to deliver products of the highest quality
• Champion appropriate deliverables on each engagement (BDD/Gherkin, BRD, Functional Spec, Build Principles/Project Charters)
• Coach peers and junior analysts for skills advancement and digital education
• Recognise and manage complex dependencies, prioritise own work load and provide regular status updates as required

• Adhere to and promote Information Security related processes, procedures and role-based responsibilities

Desired skills and experience
• Proven business analysis experience (various industries and B2B experience is a bonus)
• Familiarity with a range of research techniques and related deliverables
• Financial ROI modelling (lift models and cost modelling) a plus
• Ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects
• Good conceptual technical understanding (e.g. infrastructure, languages, techniques, data, security)
• Expert in executing Analysis deliverables across the full product lifecycle (from product strategy to product adoption)
• Expert in adapting approach to suit a variety of multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience working with requirements management tools and collaboration tools, such as: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Miro, MS Visio etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate, rationalise, and sell ideas
• Strong leadership skills, coaching researchers, analysts, and development teams on the execution of HCD related activities
• Strong consulting skills that can drive tech-related conversations, surfacing project requirements, building and nurturing relationships, and fostering environments for open, productive collaboration
• Experience with working in a multi-disciplinary Agile environment (in-house or agency)
• Awareness and interest in current technology trends and the impact on businesses
• Ability to build momentum and pivot in difficult situations
