As part of this team, you will be working with a broad range of clients from the initial business case development, process analysis and re-engineering, automation strategy formulation, roadmap development and design analysis, through to implementation.

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:

Project delivery:
Working as an active team member on projects, supporting activities such as planning, scoping, process design and mapping, and documenting automation strategies.

Intelligent Automation & Transformation:
• Supporting the delivery of Automation Strategy, Roadmap and Business Case development.
• Identifying automation opportunities and prioritisation
• Supporting the design intelligent automation operating & capability models
• Identifying appropriate automation capability to address client need
• Capturing user stories, solution design and delivering project work packages using agile methodologies
• Conducting workshops, assisting with designing for functional requirements – user stories, and contributing to design thinking
• Designing/re-designing business processes
• Working with onshore and offshore development teams and participating in sprint planning sessions & daily stand ups
• Participating in prioritisation of backlog

Risk management: Identifying and managing risks in order to deliver your work packages; awareness of the Firm's frameworks so that you can play your part in implementing them appropriately and effectively

People development: Supporting your fellow team members’ development needs, sharing knowledge and good practice

Practice development: Supporting the design and development of thought leadership papers and new methodologies

Business development: Supporting business development activity (e.g. developing, contributing to proposals/ bids for future work)

The Person

Successful candidates should have a good Banking, Asset Management or Insurance knowledge and demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- High level understanding of typical performance and cost challenges across Financial Services, being able to apply those industry challenges to technology solutions
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry, through operational or business change / consulting roles
- Experience in automation technologies and in process improvement, e.g. through adoption of emerging technologies
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders as part of a project delivery
- Ability to analyse processes and problems and working as part of a team to develop technical solutions through effective business consultation and partnering
- Ability to map requirements and estimate delivery timelines
- Strong business analysis skills, organised and structured approach to work/problem solving
- Track record in delivering high quality project or assignment outputs
- Experienced in process discovery, documentation, analysis, scoping, and optimization (e.g. using LEAN/Six Sigma methodology)
- Self-starting, pro-active team player that is experienced in working in challenging environments and within a multi-disciplined team
- Ability to create and deliver high quality presentations and output reviews to senior stakeholders

Knowledge of
• Project delivery
• Low code technologies BPM (e.g. Appian/Pega/OutSystems), RPA (e.g. Blue Prism), Data Transformation solutions (e.g. Xceptor, Alteryx) Artificial Intelligence, and integration technologies
• Working with business stakeholders to interpret business requirements

Awareness of:
• The software delivery lifecycle, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall
• Using Business Process Diagram design tools e.g. Visio, BlueWorks
