Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities
- Subject Matter Expert on IAM with broad experience on IAM technologies, controls and processes, with enterprise IAM solution implementation experience for large to mid-size organisations.
- Proven experience of managing IAM Projects with a deep understanding of risks, dependencies and critical success factors
- Strong experience of conducting requirement & design workshops, solution design, feasibility analysis, solution deployment and customisation.
- Excellent business and technical stakeholder engagement skills within the IAM project setting
- Provide subject matter expertise on Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls backed by demonstrable hands-on experience of implementing the IAM control set, including Segregation of duties, Role Management, User access governance, Joiner/Mover/Leaver process, Single Sign-On, Attribute based access control and risk based authentication models, access federation, and Privileged access management across people, process and technology levels
- Strong experience of successfully delivering at least 2 to 3 large IAM transformation projects involving product selection, technical solution design, deployment, configuration, customisation and roll-out to the business users
- Good understanding of the impacts/issues of poor IAM processes, controls and ability to conduct assessment of existing IAM solution deployment with a view to improve performance and adoptability.
- Ability to assist clients in reviewing the technical effectiveness of IAM processes and controls
- Develop and deliver complex IAM solutions for clients with strong hands-on experience with the IAM solution technology and implementation experience of leading enterprise IAM and PAM solutions.
- Provide specialist knowledge on IAM tools and software, and its integration with client IT systems
- Ability to use leading programming techniques and programing languages to customise leading enterprise IAM solutions to suit client requirements.
- Ability to link IAM controls to the Information Security Architecture to address the effective management of Insider Risk threat vectors
- Understanding of mobile, digital and cloud security solutions and its impact on IAM design and architecture
- Understanding of Customer Identity Management use cases and its mapping to key controls necessary to manage consumer identities
- Developing an understanding of KPMG’s broader Cyber Security offerings and its linkages to Identity & Access Management solutions and propositions
- Coaching and developing team members through sharing of experience and knowledge
- Perform technical and architecture reviews for engagements and solution deployments
- Guide, coach and lead team members
Required Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security) or in a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
- Be a subject matter expert in the IAM space
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability in strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholder
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload to incorporate changing priorities
- Delivering quality and striving for continual improvement
- Strong planning, organising and decision making skill
