Role Description:

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager with experience of working across a wide range of our Corporate Clients. The individual must have knowledge and skills in Organisation Design (OD) and delivered OD solutions, specifically:

• State it - articulation of client context, strategy, value chain and aspirations
• Shape it - including collation of workforce baseline and analysis, design principles and future state options
• See it - including detailed organisation design, workforce transition strategy and role impact assessment
• Sustain it – including rollout workforce transition plan, manage future state organisation go-live and monitoring effectiveness of future state organisation design

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Experience developing OD for front office (e.g. customer facing) as well as back office functions is preferable
• Shape client programmes of work, to drive HR functions of the future through process, operating model or technology change
• Manage large programmes of roughly £2m revenue, comprising of upwards of 6 consultants
• Effectively manage all commercial and contractual aspects of a client programme
• Develop a portfolio of clients and maintains strategic relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand or extend existing programmes
• Be a career coach for up to 4 consultants, helping them to develop and progress their careers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with OD Implementation Planning - strong experience in the management and delivery of OD projects across the following phases;
• Proven experience in helping clients to shape and deliver Organisation Design (OD) solutions including:
• OD to TOM integration – proven ability to deploy OD methods in an end to end TOM design, linking the OD, Capability and Governance layers to; Business / Customer Strategy, Location, Asset, Process and Technology
