Job DescriptionThe individual would be based in London as part of the Global Quality & Risk Management (GQ&RM) team. The selected individual would be reporting to the London-based Director, GQ&RM and to other directors in the leadership team, also working with the GQ&RM COO, and would be primarily responsible for the following:

- Preliminary drafting, tracking and publication of GQ&RM Special Alerts, including co-ordination with the subject matter experts and the Toronto based team;
- Follow up with KPMG functions (Audit, Tax and Advisory) and member firms around the world in relation to implementation of Q&RM policies and procedures;
- Fielding Q&RM queries from KPMG member firms, including preliminary analysis, drafting of responses;
- Analysis of best practice Q&RM processes across the network and in the wider market place;
- Assisting with projects and initiatives relating to Q&RM, including:
◦Taking part in working groups;
◦Initial drafting of discussion papers
- Initial drafting of updates to the GQ&RM on line manual
- Analysis of, and feedback to, stakeholder comments on prospective policy and procedure changes, including documenting responses to comments, final changes etc.;

This role does not include any legal input as that is provided by a legal advisor from Office of International General Counsel.

Administrative support will be provided by an administrator.

- Ability to empathise with different cultures and respect cultural sensitivities.
