Job DescriptionThe Team:

The Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated national team that advise on the design, tax, market practice, and governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of executive and broader employee incentive structures. The team sits within the People Services practice, which advises on a wider range of people issues within an organisation, from both a tax and wider HR perspective.

The available role provides the opportunity to join our regional Reward team in London which sits within KPMG’s National Market’s business, servicing those clients based primarily in the UK. A new partner appointed to lead the national team and director level appointments have already made to support the existing team in key areas. Additional senior level recruitment is needed to continue to drive the significant growth which we have enjoyed as a national team in two of our key regional locations. This role offers candidates the opportunity to join a business area which has wider leadership support to build upon its success and continue to grow and develop its local team and reputation.
