By closely monitoring market drivers and learning trends, we have combined a best of breed technology enabled platform with a modular approach, a library of re-usable digital content and a service delivery capability. Our Connected Learning curriculum is designed to deliver more than just training. A core part of our offering is to help clients make the connection between what their workforce has in terms of measurable skills, what they don’t have and what they need to have. This helps clients to realise their immediate and future strategic business aims. We are investing in our Connected Learning team so that we can grow and service more clients and are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us on this journey.
The Learning Content team design and develop a range of off-the-shelf digital, blended, and classroom training (virtual and face to face) courses, as well as bespoke design and delivery of learning programmes for clients. We work with a wide client base across all sectors and we are looking for a Manager to join us.

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to support the winning and delivery of client learning projects and programmes (digital, blended, and virtual/classroom). They will manage client engagements and asset builds for the design, creation and deployment of learning programmes using Learning Designers, Learning Developers and engaging with SME’s for delivery of programmes.
The successful individual will be a member of the Learning Content management team helping to build capability and capacity across the team in London, Leeds, Gurgaon, and Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities
Our work in Learning Content is incredibly varied and you will be asked to apply your skills and expertise to different types of learning projects, often with large scale clients. While the role is primarily focussed on Learning Content projects, the Delivery Manager will play a broader role across Connected Learning in leading on learning programme design and developing the business.
On a day to day basis your work is likely to cover the following:
• Contribute to Learning Content and Connected Learning business development, including scoping solutions, opportunities and creating proposals. Act as a subject matter expert in advising clients on learning solutions to meet their outcomes and maximise benefits while reducing risks.
• Managing Learning Content and Connected Learning related projects and workstreams directly with clients and working together with other KPMG teams. Including the commercial and financial management aspects of delivering each project, from opportunity stage, market pricing and pricing (CPTs) and ongoing project financial management through to project completion. Undertaking engagement and risk management activities as required for each project.
• Accountability for delivery of high-quality client project work, working closely and bringing together colleagues from other services areas of Connected Technology, Connected Learning and across Consulting.
• Stakeholder engagement and management of internal and external clients, escalation of risks and issues via appropriate channels.
• Product Ownership of Learning assets; from investment case formulation, guiding internal stakeholders on investment case production, product maintenance, through to asset retirement. Working closely with business sponsors to drive ROI on Learning assets.

Required Skills
The successful candidate will also demonstrate:
• A deep understanding and experience of the Learning industry and current client offerings external to KPMG, and their value in the marketplace.
• Significant training and awareness programme delivery expertise and experience in digital transformation and change projects, including balancing competing priorities.
• Credibility and confidence in building new relationships as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders (internal and external) leading to business decisions. Ability to use those networks to develop new opportunities.
• A commercial acumen evidenced by an ability to identify and qualify business opportunities including proposal and contract/commercial creation. Leadership of engagements in relation to risk, financial and engagement management procedures, and performance.
• Demonstrates a tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to flex delivery style to meet various needs.
• Comfort in managing and mentoring a team of KPMG professionals on asset builds and client engagements to support the growth of the team. Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of capability across the team and with individual team members.

This role also requires the following:
• Experience of client learning programme implementation (e-learning, blended learning and LMS implementation) and management.
• Experience of undertaking assessment of learning solution options (scoping, feasibility, design, services costing, deliverables, completion criteria, etc.).
• Experience of advising organisations on latest innovations, digital offerings, and technologies in learning.
• Demonstrable Project and People Management Experience
• Experience of implementing learning technologies (within complex organisations).
• Excellent personal, written, and presentation skills.

In addition, the following skills are desirable:
• Qualifications including CIPD, MBA and Prince2 would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with KPMG’s systems and processes, including MSD, SAP, and Sentinel.
• Sound financial and commercial knowledge; including a clear understanding of cost versus price, profitability, etc.
