Winning in the market - both cyber and increasingly alongside other disciplines as part of a wider solution for clients

Delivering a portfolio of work - working with multiple clients at any one time, providing technical advice and more often guiding and coaching teams to deliver excellent results for clients. Working to KPMG risk management processes and taking accountability for meeting profitability targets.

Building and developing a team – the team will grow over the next 3-5 years and will require time and careful planning to create an inclusive and diverse culture where people want to work and feel supported. This role is central to delivering the vision and will involve growing and developing the team.
