The purpose of CSL is to enable the development of the civil service capabilities through providing high quality learning designed to give good value for money and support the delivery.

Job Description
As we finalise the team to deliver the contract over the long term, we are seeking a Curriculum Design Assistant Manager , to join our Curriculum and Quality team based in London. The Curriculum and Quality team are responsible for the content of the Core Curriculum. This role supports our Curriculum Managers to design, develop, maintain and improve learning content to meet Civil Service learning requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete high level outline design for courses and programmes
- Design contextualised courses and programmes as part of the scoping process
- Manage the design of detailed contextualisation for existing courses and programmes
- Provide design input to ensure that courses and programmes achieve quality standards
- Create design related information to ensure that courses and programmes can be released to service

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail, a logical approach and the ability to meet difficult deadlines vital

Experience and Background
- Demonstrated experience of training delivery, design or management essential
- The ability to work with Clients and Suppliers, and deal with detailed requirements to achieve demanding goals
