Job DescriptionThe Role

are looking for exceptionally talented Managers to join our team. These roles will typically be involved in two to three transformation programmes per year across a range of sectors whilst continuing to drive forward IP and capability development across the business.

They are confident in their ability to work jointly with the client team to overcome challenges and are experienced at leading, coaching and facilitating a diverse range of stakeholders. They are used to adapting to new and highly challenging environments to deliver transformational results with energy and pace.

Team player, able to joint problem solve with high challenge, high support ethic
Thrives in an inclusive and diverse team environment
Tenacity and stamina to relentlessly support and drive challenging situations into better outcomes
Clear, practical and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to empathise, engage and inspire others at all levels, even in challenging and ambiguous settings
Comfortable at Board and C-Level and able to facilitate discussions and decision making with these types of stakeholders
International exposure and experience
Comfortable in a project environment; able to deal with pace, agility and ambiguity
Self-awareness; supportive of self and teams’ needs and learning styles with the skill to receive as well as deliver constructive feedback
Some commercial acumen, analytic skills and proficient with numbers
Flexible attitude towards working locations and patterns – mobile when needed
Practical Experience:

As well as the above, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience delivering large scale change / business transformation programmes, gained either in industry or with a leading consultancy, which have made an undeniable difference to your client’s business
Experience of setting up, design and implementing business change programmes
Experience in more than one of the following subject areas: business models, operating model design and implementation, change management methods, project and programme methods, process design, technology and automation, analytics and business case creation
Experience in multiple sectors & industries is desirable – eg: public/private, consumer, financial services, pharma, technology, media, infrastructure, energy, and utilities
An excellent academic record, either at school, university or other, but preferably including an MBA qualification from a top-tier business school
