This role is to join Health and Human Services as a Manager focused on identifying and supplying a flexible contingent workforce to support engagement delivery using KPMG UK, other members firms, KGS, Associates and Sub-Contractors. The individual will embed and be responsible for the future management of a third-party consulting service. This role will report to the Sales director and work closely with Resourcing manager for HHS and the Sunrise resourcing team and wider HHS Partners and Directors.
Responsibilities
• Liaise with HHS Partners and Directors to understand business drivers and future demand
• Work with key stakeholders to proactively shape and deliver the Sunrise workforce growth strategy.
• Work with key resourcing leads to identify the best third-party consultant solutions
• Manage the onboarding, governance, commercials and relationship with subcontractors
• Work with Head of Contingent Workforce to determine policies and process to support the delivery of the third- party service and manage risk
• Provide guidance to the Engagement Teams and a point of contact for queries relating to the onboarding of contingent workers. (e.g with functions such as Resourcing, Ethics & Independence, People, Finance and Risk)
• Create communications, presentations and training material to support Engagement Teams with onboarding contingent workers
• Utilise digital platforms to support the identification and management of talent pools
• Design service level agreements and monitor compliance of service
• Coach and develop team members through sharing of experience and knowledge, as well as managing the performance and development of other team members
• Upholding KPMG’s values of diversity and inclusion and acting with integrity
• Contributing to practice management, e.g. knowledge sharing, training, proposition development, and knowledge management across KPMG Middle East, UK and other global firms as relevant

The Person
We expect that you will have experience of:
• Building teams, tracking, forecasting and managing resourcing requirements to available capacity and successfully resourcing workforce to meet demand in a timely manner
• Managing complex projects to time budgets and expected outcomes
• Working with or within the health and care or similar sectors
• Building networks and relationships rapidly and collaborating across functions and departments
• Working under tight timescales and deadlines
• Experience of working within agreed HR policies and processes
• Defining and implementing new service solutions
Proven track record of
• developing strong relations with third party companies and associates
• managing a diverse group of stakeholders often with conflicting requirements
• strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Understanding the healthcare sector
• Acting as an expert advisor
• Understanding and championing the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and using this information to run efficient processes
