For our sell side clients (e.g. RBS, Lloyds, Santander, etc) the team provides “keep versus sell” options modelling and analysis, lead M&A advisory services for non-core / non performing debt portfolios and origination and servicing platforms. For buyers, PSG assists clients in sourcing opportunities to acquire portfolios, performing due diligence, valuation and the structuring of debt portfolio acquisitions.
We are currently seeking Associate Directors to join our growing team.#
