The Opportunity
•We are seeking talented individuals with experience in Learning, culture or talent domains to support in the shaping and delivery of client needs
•Through bringing insights and experience of these areas, we help our clients to design and roll out required competencies within specialist areas, navigate upskilling, reskilling and overall capability needs, build a desired culture that embeds behaviour sustainable behaviour change, and enable organisations to build a workforce of the future
•An expanding area for us, and a hot topic for many of our clients, you will have the opportunity to shape our approach to learning, talent and culture and further develop our capability in these areas.
•You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries including Energy, Telecoms, Retail, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
•Experience of supporting clients in a consulting role is preferred
•A background in occupational psychology, behavioural science or culture change would be beneficial
•Have experience of delivering learning, talent or cultural interventions as part of a wider transformation project
•Delivered on learning, talent or culture projects whilst bringing knowledge of best in class approaches in these areas

Key Responsibilities
As an assistant manager in our team we will expect you to:

•Leverage your expertise to support the development of solutions to address strategic requirements of clients
•Be part of a delivery team, or have the ability to operate in a stand alone role on a project
•Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis and establish trust through deep expertise and commitment to quality
•Be part of our people consulting team through contributing to practice development and internal projects within the team
