You will be leading and building a core team of agile practitioners/change makers, striving to enable high performing teams/communities by focusing on outcomes, team culture, ways of working and driving the adoption of lean principles/practices to facilitate the delivery of quality products

The Role

Lead, motivate, mentor and develop a team of agile practitioners/change makers working internally or with our clients

Promote cultural and behavioural change to cultivate innovation, curiosity, continuous learning & team/community empowerment

Bring energy and invention across our engineering capability to modernise our way of working and encourage collaboration across our functional communities

Coach and influence key stakeholders within the engineering capability to adopt lean/agile principles, practices and methodologies

Build strong relationships within Connected Technology and the wider firm to promote the agile transformation capability and its value proposition (internally & externally)

Drive KPMG Technology brand by being known as a key player in the Agile Transformation and Coaching market

The Person

You have a deep understanding and experience in lean/agile principles, practices and methodologies

You are a people person with the ability to ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team

You bring a collaborative approach to working

You have an aptitude for true conscious leadership

You like nothing more than to watch colleagues, teams and communities flourish

You are curious and bring fresh ideas to the team and wider firm

You have a level of technical understanding, you don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to have an appreciation and empathy for the craft of engineering

You have strong organisational and communication skills

You call colleagues people, not resources!
