Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

The Business Analyst is a key member of the ServiceNow implementation project team and is responsible for determining the business requirements for IT and enterprise service management solutions. Key responsibilities include:

- Eliciting requirements
- Requirements organization
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Requirements management and communication
- Requirements analysis
- Drive the design and review of test cases
- Build training material

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong experience in technology enabled service management transformation (ServiceNow/HP/Remedy)
- ServiceNow business analysis experience
- Experience of working with agile SDLC methodologies

Key technical skills

- IIBA / BABOK (or similar) certification
- Use of industry standard business process modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN)
- Use of industry standard agile toolsets (e.g. Aris /JIRA/Confluence experience)
- IT Op Model (Nice)
- ITIL Certification
- An understanding of IT Operating Model concepts

Experience and Background

• Consulting / professional services experience
- Requirements analysis for IT and enterprise service management solutions using ServiceNow or similar tier 1 business process toolset
- Requirements analysis using industry standard methodologies
- Experience of analysing and improving IT and enterprise service management processes
- An understanding of systems engineering concepts
- An understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Experience of working with offshore development teams
- Leading mixed onshore / offshore business analysis teams
- An understanding of data models
- Experience of reporting requirements analysis and report design
