Roles and Responsibilities

The Accreditation team, which is part of the Audit Risk Management team supports the business through a wide variety of projects, developing policies and monitoring accreditation levels within the business. The role requires initiative and flexibility, suiting an efficient organiser. To be successful, the job holder will need to be confident, assertive, have the ability to prioritise their own workload and be responsive to changing priorities. The role requires becoming an SME in the Accreditation team and will have close interaction with individuals at all levels of seniority throughout the firm. This is a permanent role
Duties include:

• Becoming an SME in accreditation and supporting members of the Audit Function in their.journey to Accreditation and Specialisation
• Taking ownership of all accreditation tagging which takes place within ARM;
• Partnering with audit teams who have in the past required “Assessment of Training and Experience” work papers to schedule in the current year’s forms;
• Owning the accreditation process through QSC;
• Supporting in investigations into answer sharing on training;
• Designing bespoke reports and running various other reports from a number of IT systems, on a daily, monthly or ad-hoc basis as required;
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as they arise.

Experience and Background

• Experience in a busy team environment
• Experience of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience of MSD desirable but not essential
