The Role

Our Off the Shelf learning business covers our work with our clients from across several sectors including Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare (IGH), Financial Services and Corporates. We work with a very large supply chain of external partners to deliver commodity learning assets (e.g. Excel; ITIL).
The post holder is accountable for ensuring that KPMG has a portfolio of third-party content which is aligned to market demand. The post holder is also accountable for delivering an excellent service for our clients and ensuring that the Off the Shelf business is profitable and contributes to the firm’s growth.
The post holder will manage a small team that is responsible for working directly with potential and current clients to understand and meet their learning requirements and commission learning and development products and solutions that will deliver measurable impacts and value-for-money outcomes aligned to client’s strategic priorities.
In addition, the person must be able to deliver through others and work across teams to evolve and improve the overall service and experience for clients.
The Divisional Business Leader must embody KPMG’s values, act as a role model, and build commitment and belief toward the accomplishment of the team’s goals.

Role and Responsibilities

— Commissioning learning products that customers want to buy and building out a pipeline of products to launch to market
— Evolve and launch a broad portfolio of learning products comprising of wholly owned KPMG IP
— Define our approach to profit driving initiatives and working the Commercial Team in executing them
— Providing product pricing review and oversight as required
— Keeping the Off the Shelf portfolio fresh and working with the Commercial Team to onboard new suppliers and products
— Leading on senior stakeholder relations, personally developing team members and leading transformation initiatives to drive change in the service
— Articulate messages to a variety of audiences, through a variety of marketing channels and influence at a senior level
— Prioritise work and to meet deadlines in a demanding environment
