The Role:

The Senior Insight Executive role is to lead on the delivery of day to day project work across a set of assigned accounts (including tracking and adhoc work), and specifically to lead the day to day implementation of our quality procedures, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest possible standard.
The SIE will assist the Insight Lead / Senior Insight Lead in the management of projects from inception to final deliverable.This will be achieved by co-ordination of the Insight Executives and operational resource available to deliver excellence across our projects.
The SIE will work collaboratively within the account team on the delivery of Insight, Analytics and Data across an assigned client portfolio.

Responsibilities & Skill Set:

- Lead day to day project work on accounts, working with Insight Executives, Insight Leads / Senior Insight Leads and Client Experience Directors. Liaising with all departments acting as the ‘hub’ of the project team and escalating issues where necessary
- Understand the structure, mechanics and interrelationships across key insight programmes
- Strong flair for analysis and creation of narrative-based insight
- Produce client ready outputs including questionnaires, reports and debriefs
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular project related activities
- Provide training and support to Insight Executives, acting as a coach/mentor to ensure development of IEs
- Ability to present to the client in an assured and persuasive manner

The Person:

Successful candidates will have:
- Knowledge of best practice in research design, analysis and generating strategic insight to meet clients’ objectives for both tracking and adhoc projects
- MRS Qualification (desirable)
- Exceptional organisational skills, proactivity, and forward planning
- Enthusiasm with a ‘can do’ attitude who ability to work well individually and within a team
- Commercial awareness
- Integrity
- Ability to work independently , without significant senior supervision
- Strong communication skills both internally and to the client, with the ability to credibly articulate arguments and decisions
