The purpose of CSL is to enable the development of the civil service capabilities through providing high quality learning designed to give good value for money and support the delivery.

Job Description
As we finalise the team to deliver the contract over the long term, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager, to join our Curriculum and Quality team, based in Leeds. The Quality team ensure that topics and programmes meet Civil Service Learning's quality standards through quality assurance, evaluation and continuous improvement. This role will support the Quality Manager to conduct quality assurance of topics, programmes and other related products to meet Civil Service Learning requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and make recommendations for improvements to high level and outline design of topics, programmes, and related products , prior to Sign off to Pilot or Release to Service and then on an ongoing basis as part of our continuous evaluation commitment
- Maintain records and data to support the quality assurance, pilots and release to service processes
- Management of the quality assurance tracker

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail, a logical approach and the ability to meet stringent deadlines

Experience and Background
- Previous experience or knowledge of quality assurance is strongly preferred and experience of training delivery, design or management would be advantageous
- You will also be able to work remotely with limited supervision and remain focussed on achieving the Quality team’s goals
