The Team

KPMG Customer Experience Cloud represents the next generation of KPMG Nunwood’s ‘Fizz: Voice of the Customer’ solution, which the firm acquired in 2015. Powered by Microsoft Azure™, CX Cloud allows customer insight professionals, chief marketing officers and operational leaders to transform customer insights into better decision making and greater return on investments. The platform is designed around the collection of customer experience data and the delivery of this information into the heart of some of the UK’s largest organisations.

Working primarily with the Microsoft Web Technology Stack, and backed by the Azure cloud, the CX Cloud team is a team of highly skilled technical professionals who combine to build and deliver market leading CX Cloud solutions for some of KPMGs biggest clients.KPMG are growing their S&D - Nunwood Tech team to meet an ever increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

- Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs
- Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate complexity

The CX Cloud Implementation Manager is responsible for the design and delivery of CX Cloud implementations for our clients, working closely with the Customer teams on ensuring our technical builds are well integrated with and support our wider project delivery.
Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Working closely with both our clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design appropriate CX Cloud solutions
- Leading the build and delivery of CX Cloud solutions for our clients, ensuring timescales and required quality standard are met
- Contributing to the product roadmap, ensuring it's aligned to client needs and our business strategy
- Driving innovation into the our client delivery, ensuring this is cycled back into the product roadmap
- Supporting the sales & marketing teams with demos and proposal design work.
- Provide communications, training & guidance to the wider Nunwood, Customer & Global Consulting teams on the usage of CX Cloud Technology.

The Person

You will have experience of delivering technical solutions to clients as well as a background in hands on technical work. Collaborating with our developers and both internal and external clients is fundamental to the role and so the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams is essential, as well as being able to use a variety of software and technical capabilities to solve real world problems. It will be necessary to explain the possible uses of our technical solutions and how they can be combined to meet the needs of end-users.

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of broad technical principles such as cloud infrastructure, solution design and ETL, however, detailed hands-on experience of all of 3 is not required. Some experience of programming is beneficial, in particular JavaScript and C#, however extensive knowledge is not required as the role is focussed more on configuration of the CX Cloud platform as opposed to bespoke development. Experience of data analysis platforms is also beneficial in order to demonstrate an understanding of query structures and techniques. Specific platform knowledge is not required however, as work will be done on our own proprietary platform.
