The Team

The Automation Delivery Lead will work as part of our rapidly growing Tax Technology & Innovation team. KPMG is investing $5bn over 5 years in technology. You will join a team that will be at the forefront of changing an entire industry, helping our clients adapt and make the most of technological advances to help them better manage their tax obligations. The role of the Automation team is to deliver robust, scalable automated solutions using various third part solutions. You will work with our Automation developers based in the UK & India (KGS) ensuring deliverables are met in line with Stakeholders expectations and within approved budgets

The Role

• Work alongside our development team to create automated solutions that removes manual repetitive tasks
• Communicate and meet with internal and external stakeholders to translate stakeholders' business vision and needs into actionable user stories.
• Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and adhere to delivery timelines
• Analysis of business benefits realisation
• Manage development budget and manage budget requests for the future development pipeline
• Translate complex user experiences into software requirements

The Person

• Strong background in User Experience
• Manage and lead on business analysis plans with key milestone activities
• Understands how to ensure traceability between agreed requirements and the completed design
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience working on multiple scrum projects
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience in a technology change implementation environment, including acting as a mentor to junior members of the team
• Experience in performance management and people development
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts across all business levels
• Experience working across a geographically diverse team.
