About the programme

This programme is aimed primarily at women seeking an insight into Deal Advisory at KPMG.

During this three-day programme, you’ll have the opportunity to network with women from across our Deal Advisory teams, explore the variety of projects we work on and find out more about a career within this dynamic area at KPMG.  You’ll find out what each team does for our clients, and how we help them deliver results - whether that’s buying, selling, partnering, funding or fixing an organisation.

We’ll support you to develop your commercial awareness and gain an understanding of the challenges businesses face across the deal and economic cycle. You’ll also build valuable skills you can use across everything you do in the future. From making the best impact with new contacts, in meetings, and in interviews, to effectively managing tasks and projects.  This is a fantastic opportunity to fast-track yourself through our recruitment process. Whilst on the programme, you’ll take part in an assessment, and if successful, secure your position on our Deal Advisory Vacation Programme, starting in summer 2020. More information about our Vacation Programmes can be found at www.kpmgcareers.co.uk/undergraduates/vacation-programme.

Please note that by attending our London Insight Programme, the duration of the three day programme will take place in London. By attending a Regional Insight Programme you will be based in Manchester on days one and three of the programme. On day two you will be based in the regional office you have applied to and experience a day of work shadowing in that particular location. The regional offices with available roles are as follows:

- Aberdeen

- Birmingham

- Bristol

- Glasgow

- Edinburgh

- Leeds

- Manchester

- Newcastle

- Nottingham

- Reading

Please note that full travel expenses will be paid. If you are made a Vacation conversion offer this will be for the same location you complete the Women in Deal Advisory Insight Programme in.

The programme will run regionally from the 16th to 18th July 2019 and in London from the 2nd to 4th July 2019.
