| Job Description | KPMG's International Executive Service (IES) practice is a diverse and fast-growing area of our Tax business. We serve the biggest names in the Financial Services community, with high-profile engagements touching every corner of world. Our IES engagement teams are “360 degree service oriented”, with tax technical, team leadership, and client-facing responsibilities as part of each successful manager’s remit. We are looking for remarkable candidates, ready for early assumption of responsibilities, engagement ownership, and close, regular contact with our dynamic partner group. Roles and Responsibilities - Building great relationships with global mobility managers - Delivering high-touch, ‘private client’ levels of service to international executives in the FS space Leading and growing the most talented juniors in the business - Coordinating with the KPMG global network - Managing the advisory and compliance processes for international executives - Advising on risk issues relevant to our clients and helping to mitigate these - Preparing client advice for manager/partner review - Some project management - Day to day contact with the tax authorities - Some travel Qualifications and Skills ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent, US CPA or EA qualification Experience and Background - Significant international executive services experience UK and US tax background - Energetic, committed, and ambitious - High level personal responsibility and accountability for own work - Capacity to provide clear directions, to offer and receive positive, constructive feedback - Analytical; identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information - Communicates with impact, both in speech and writing, and in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear - Safeguards and enhances the reputation of KPMG through the quality of work, knowledge and experience - Motivated by a passion for the international aspects of our work, professional proficiency, and a desire to serve and lead excellent global service teams - If you are already in an international executive services role with your current employer and are looking for something new and challenging, this is your opportunity. |
