We provide two distinct types of service: restructuring advice to companies who are under performing or experiencing liquidity problems and recovery advice and assistance to insolvent companies, their creditors and other stakeholders. <br/> <br/>KPMG LLP has long established restructuring and recovery teams in the UK and has advised on many of the major company restructurings over the past few years as well as handling some of the highest profile corporate insolvencies. The Restructuring team offers a range of services to both companies and their stakeholders, which include independent business reviews; operational and financial restructuring; cash management; managed exits; general insolvency advice and formal insolvency appointments.<br/> <br/>We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Middle Market team within Restructuring, based in Manchester.
