Across London, there are three core FS Audit segments with professional staff across all grades. These Segments are Banking (240 professional staff), Insurance (160 professional staff) and Fund Management (130 professional staff).<br/>Working across Financial Services the main function of this role is to provide a high level of administration assistance to the Resource and Training functions and into the business, supporting the Segment Managers across FS Audit Banking, Insurance and Fund Management. <br/><br/>This role requires strong organisational skills and proactivitly as the individual will need to independently manage their time across the functions and business. The individual will need to be confident, assertive and have the ability to prioritise their own workload and varying deadlines. This role will work collaboratively with other team members and will need to be a strong team player. <br/><br/>Role is at E1 level and is based at the 15 Canada Square office. All roles are subject to change with some notification, some flexibility in time is expected /required.<br/> <br/>We are currently recruiting for two FS Audit Administrators on a permanent basis. <br/><br/>The responsibilities<br/><br/>Resourcing<br/><br/>Working as part of the wider FS audit resource team:<br/>-  Process high volume updates to Retain (resource management system), including creating and editing client bookings, holiday, training, sickness and maintaining joiner and leaver entries<br/>-  Cross check resource bookings to client model and SAP<br/>-  Report production, including availability, utilisation and forecast utilisation from retain and SAP<br/>-  Maintenance of central records, including promotion of best practice on MySite and MiniBios<br/><br/>Training<br/><br/>Working alongside the FS Audit Training Manager and Assistant Manager:<br/>-  Course booking/attendance monitoring<br/>-  Technical update monitoring<br/>-  Audit tagging monitoring<br/>-  Pre-course/post-course work monitoring<br/>-  Support with course cancellation process<br/>-  Training code monitoring support, i.e. intuition<br/>-  Maintenance of training matrix<br/>-  Assist with the FS Audit training guide updating<br/>-  Support with course planning cycle<br/>-  Assist with and attend events and courses as required<br/>-  Maintain course material library<br/>-  Process course evaluation forms and collation of presenters feedback forms for moderation purposes<br/>-  Support with the production of marketing material<br/>-  Update presenter tracker<br/><br/>Segment operations<br/><br/>Working as part of the segment management teams:<br/>-  Weekly timesheet monitoring<br/>-  Maintenance of FS Audit intranet sites<br/>-  Support into the segments on moderation process administration, handling sensitive information<br/>-  Business Continuity planning dependent on segment need<br/><br/>-  Manage the on-boarding process across FS audit including:<br/>- Interview administrative support<br/>- Act as nominated administrative contact for all new joiner information<br/>- Arrangement of IT equipment and phone extensions<br/>- Confirmation of buddy and point of contact for buddy and new joiner<br/>- Owner of welcome e-mails<br/>- Co-ordinate central approach across Segment Managers and PML population to ensure all briefed of new joiners arrival<br/>- Photoboard, distribution list and phone list updates<br/>- Maintenance of central FS Audit Joiners/ Leavers log<br/>- Completion of leavers administration and manage process<br/><br/>Ad hoc:<br/><br/>-  Maintain trained interviews list &#8211; RISC<br/>-  Input into graduate / school leavers intake<br/>-  Assist with administration for and attend graduate induction events<br/>-  Support with work placements and work experience planning<br/><br/>Qualifications and Skills<br/><br/>-  5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English, grades A - C<br/>-  Strong organisation Skills<br/>-  Strong multitasking Skills<br/>-  Excellent written and verbal communication<br/>-  High levels of attention to detail<br/>-  Advanced MS Office, with especially strong excel<br/><br/>Experience and Background<br/><br/>-  3years references available on request<br/>-  2 years admin experience preferred<br/>-  Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines<br/>-  Conscientious and flexible team player<br/>-  Proactive and personable<br/></td></tr><tr height=25><td valign=top><b>Applying with a Disability</b></td><td valign=top>KPMG are proud to be an inclusive, equal opportunity employer and we seek to attract and retain the best people from the widest possible talent pool.
